「We enjoyed our fall vacation. The cabins are rustic and very cute, perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature. The farm animals are a short walk from the cabins and we enjoyed stopping by to say hello to the donkeys and we got to collect fresh eggs. The back porch is lounge heaven. Perfect view with lots of space for everyone to sit and relax. The hot tub with a view is perfection. Burgess Falls State Park is close by and a great easy hike to beautiful falls. 」

「This is definitely one of our top vacation rentals!! It was probably the cleanest places we've stayed too. The owners really go above and beyond to give their renters a cozy, comfortable, fun stay! Comfortable beds, great view, private location, but only 30 minutes to Cookeville. And SO many amenities! Perfect place to stay while visiting students at Tennessee Tech. I wish we couldve stayed longer than 3 nights! We would love to go back sometime!」

Really love being secluded in the woods and having a nice town and trails with beautiful water falls so close. The hosts were great! I messed up the dates on our reservation and didn’t notice it til 2 weeks before and they graciously worked it out with us.3rd times a charm so we will be back.」
