"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. Habitación y alojamiento con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, el único aspecto “negativo” que añadiría sería que a pesar de los carteles rogando silencio durante la noche en el bungalow se escuchaba todo… y los huéspedes no eran muy respetuosos en ese aspecto, por lo que el sueño se dificultó. "Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "
