"Love this property. The rooms were clean, the ceilings high and I love having a balcony. Super close to Orchard Road and the Botanic Gardens. Really easy for transport around town too."

"First time here. We had stayed at a Hilton property previously but the prices were crazy so I tried here for me and my daughter. Pleased we did! The rooms were spacious which was great because we werent in each other's way. The bathroom was also large which was great. The beds were firm but surprised me how comfortable they were. One thing I look for is effective air conditioning and it was great here. Buffet breakfast was great with so many options for westerners including crepes which was a treat for us. Lots of healthy options too. The feeding stations for the squirrels was a real hit with adults and kids alike. The pools were fantastic - especially the pool beanbags which you could lay on and just float around. There is a lot of shady seats if you want to limit the sun exposure. We could access the pools at the sister property too which had a different vibe and guaranteed sun all day if that's your vibe. Both areas had pool service although we found the food at the Courtyard side better value. Literally right outside the resort you have Mengiat strip which has heaps of places to eat, get messages, and shopping options. There is also a pharmacy on the corner which is well stocked. Bali collection is also a short walk away although Google maps may take you the long way around! There are so many options in Bali - this is a place you can trust, all of the staff were uber helpful and welcoming and the resort has something for everybody."

"Well curated room for a 5 night trip. Pillows were a bit soft but you can ask for a firmer one. Amenities around the hotel were very nice, pool, pool bar and the outdoor gym were delightful. The small quiet pockets were a nice touch too. Hotel was in a nice quiet area, good 10 minute walk to Orchard road."
Shangri-La Apartments, Singapore

"The Shangri-La apartments was the perfect choice for our stay in Singapore. With a family of four adults, the 3-bedroom apartment had all the space and amenities we needed. The location was very quiet and rooms extremely comfortable. The rooms each had access to their own bathroom or ensuite, and each with their own water heating system. The kitchenette allowed us to have coffee, breakfast and snacks in our room which gave us a lot more flexibility for meals. We often used the apartment pool after a day of sight-seeing, which was very convenient as well as very private. We also made full use of the adjacent Shangri-La hotel amenities and sometimes chose to eat at one of the many restaurants and on occasion we ate breakfast in the buffet. The location of the Shangri-La apartments was very convenient with a 10-minute gentle sloping walk to the MRT and shopping. A free shuttle could also be used to get to the MRT for easy travelling between sight-seeing locations. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Shangri-La apartments for short-term family stays and we would definitely come again if travelling to Singapore."
