    The interior design of our flats reflects a modern, contemporary design philosophy, optimised for maximum living comfort and a strong feel-good ambience. Both flats are allergy-friendly and also offer barrier-free access at ground level. The spacious kitchenette is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave with grill and oven function. The floor-level showers in the bathroom also guarantee additional comfort. A 4 metre wide glass front opens onto the garden terrace and seamlessly combines the indoor and outdoor experience.

    Outside, a sunny garden terrace, a spacious sunbathing lawn and a play area invite you to relax and enjoy yourself.
