An oasis from the heat of summer

A decent place to escape the heat of summer. The A/C was much needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out.

I stay at the Quality Inn in Needles every year, and it never disappoints! The hotel is conveniently located near the Colorado River, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some time by the water. The check-in process is always smooth and hassle-free, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Their pet-friendly rooms are a huge plus for my fur babies, making it easy for me to travel without any worries. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location couldn't be better—close to everything you need. We don't really remember much about our stay as we arrived after a 12 hr drive so we were VERY tired and just went to bed.

Website said pet friendly. We mentioned our pet when we booked, but upon arrival, there were no pet friendly rooms available. They wanted to charge us $250, twice the room fee, for having a tiny 6 week old puppy in a crate. We left and went to another town. We did get a refund.

Quality Inn needs to work on this one

The computer wasn't working so the receptionist had to call an associate to come and he used his I-phone to check us in and provide us with room keys. Intelligent and resourceful young man. Otherwise, hotel is run down and tacky. It's mostly a place for road and construction workers to live while on the job. there was a functioning ice machine though, so we were able to have a cold glass of soda after coming though the desert. That was nice. The coffee was undrinkable.
