「Perfect place right by the black stone beach. There are two nice pools with sunbeds and you can watch the sea from the pool and from the sunbeds. The breakfast included in the price is more than enough and taste is good. 」

「Stayed here last year & liked the cottages & restaurant so we returned this year. Staff at restaurant & house keeper are lovely. Cottages clean, food great & right on the best beach for snorkelling. We saw 2 large turtles & many coloured fish & huge coral around the coral garden not far off shore.」

「This was a very nice hotel but a bit far from the main Amed areas. If you have a car, definitely recommend the hotel. Best coral before the hotel. The staff was very nice and hotel is clean. The price is a bit off scale for the region that is why possibly there were more staff than customers. The breakfast can be better. Kitchen staff is very skilled. 」

「附近很多外國人，大多是來潛水的人，晚上附近電都很早就關了，當地人大多是做觀光客生意(不是負面的態度，是指都是服務觀光客提供給觀光客方便的店家)」

「Ames is a quiet place, you sure can have a relaxation trip here. There are not much shops around, if you know how to ride a motorbike is much more convenient to travel around. The food in the hotel is good, you can join the gym at Griya which is free of charge! But you need to solve the transportation since the shuttle bus is not always available. The staff are helpful and friendly. We do enjoy the trip very much.」

「This is a family-owned place and the pride of ownership shows. It is spotless, as they are constantly cleaning. Nothing is too much to ask and they will organize whatever you want (such as snorkeling trips, cars, etc). They will do laundry for you at $6 per load. Massages were amazing at $12 per hour. Their chef is just spectacular (lots of people from other resorts were coming to eat) and she will give you a private cooking class at $25 per person, which includes your meal. (Be sure to try her...
