“I never had of Newcastle West before, but if you are ever in this town, this is the place to be. My wife considered the breakfast "the best Irish breakfast in Ireland," and who am I to disagree? We truly enjoyed our stay (and the breakfast) as well the friendly staff including (especially Derek the manager). We need disability-friendly accommodations, and this hotel, in this regard, was a great place to stay. The true test of any hotel, is "Would you go back?," and we would gladly come back……

“The hotel did not have an elevator. The hotel also had a fabulous vintage charm and vibe about it. It was beautiful and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The location is decent.”

“Close to airport was great. The room had no heat so we needed a space heater. Tried to call front desk & the telephone didn’t work. After two trips to the front desk we got heat. Bar was outrageously expensive. If people are going to be placed in a room it should be cleared for occupancy. It was clear that this one was not.”

“This reservation was a saving grace after a VRBO reservation was ignored by the owner in Dingle. This is a wonderful property and the manager is a gentleman without equal. He was upset at the cost we had been charged and adjusted it to my advantage as it should have been. The room was great and the breakfast was superb. I could not recommend a place more if folks are heading to Tralee.”

“Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any requests. We are group of 4 families and the owner arranged kitchen staff to make breakfast to our liking and packed for some of our members who could not be on site for breakfast. We would definitely recommend the place without hesitation. ”

“We stayed here for 6 nights as a family. The check in process is easy, house was clean, good size and beds comfortable. We had great night sleep. The house is in perfect location of Kilrush as everything was walking distance! We would definitely use again as we have family there and it is perfect for us. Thanks Marcus for a lovely stay!”
