er good hotel..Very expensive restaurant

Hotels.com sold me a room for 2 nights including breakfast, but the hotels receptionist told me that my reservation was without breakfast, I had to pay about $18 for the first day breakfast and didn’t get breakfast for the second day? Hope Hotels.com returns my money back and the second charged day.

The hotel refused to give me invoice which is my right and they said you paid to hotels.com not to us. This is the worst experience I faced and I will complain to the authorities to get my invoice.

There was construction that disturb gusts. Elevator was too small and the large one doesn’t take guests to the lobby. Lights were too quite and not sufficient. Parking were not enough. The last thing, the food available for breakfast was not much and doesn’t look fresh

الفندق نظيف جداً وغرفه واسعة والتكييف مناسب سكنت في غرفة ستاندر قياسية رقمها 411 الانترنت في الغرفة سيء جداً لديهم تسجيل خروج متأخر 4 مساء مجاني عيب الفندق سعره مرتفع مع وجود بدائل .
