「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「Room was nice and great to have the larger fridge and cooktop. Beds were comfortable and blackout blinds were excellent. Shower had lots of hot water, lots of space in the room. Breakfast was always good, loved the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. When we arrived they even had lasagna out. Kitchen area was always clean and hallways were always clean. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Lots of great shopping really close and only a few minutes to Wheeling.」

「The room was very clean and the staff was great. I received 3 different messages asking if there was anything else they could do and if we needed anything. Instead of just assigning me a room I was asked if the 3rd floor would be okay.」
