“First, the tv wouldn’t turn on. Second, the phone had no cord for the receiver to the phone, so it was I’mpossible to call the front desk about the tv. I had to call the corporate office, on my cell to get the number for the front desk. They came with a different remote and turned it on.. Then it wouldn’t turn off when I was ready to go to sleep. Had to leave it on. Third, there was no way to make the water come out of the shower and no stopper to take a bath. I’m 74 years old and I am on……

“To enter the hotel we had to walk through a dense smoking area, it smelled terrible. The air conditioner in our room rattled so loud it vibrated the bed.”

“I am giving one star because this is a false booking. The people who run the Danville are no longer available, there is no website and no number to call. The property is now run by someone else, who was wonderful. ”

“There was no breakfast, talked to the staff by phone to obtain access number for lock. Had no in-person contact. Room o but shared bathroom did not have a woring overhead light.”

“This hotel is very old and poorly maintained everything they claim on the website they offer they do not have. The continental breakfast is nonexistent they had no coffee cups no napkins, no plates no condiments. All you offered is two donuts in a garbage bag a bagel in a garbage bag and some two slices of bread in a garbage bag there is no cream cheese no jelly no nothing if you use a toaster be prepared to burn your hands when you bring it to Staff’s attention they said they don’t care coffee……

“Met the staff in the afternoon as she drove up and made sure we had access code to lock. When we asked about the breakfast, which was listed on the Expedia details, she said there was no breakfast. She did check back later in the early evening if we needed anything, we did not.”
