“The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated the welcome snacks and coffee set up. The location was ideal and we could walk to the lake, the market place and around town. Communication was excellent. We had a problem on travel day on our end and Laurie was great working with us to make everything work out for us!”

“The studio is ideally located and larger than it appears in the photos. Very clean and reasonably struck, and it was great to have access to laundry. Fantastic location, one block off the water and the train station and all of downtown. Errin was a great communicator and helped to make our stay very pleasant.”

“Great central location to downtown and UVM. Included parking space was a HUGE bonus - no worries about street parking. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants, and the waterfront. Will definitely book this place again as it is the perfect size and around the corner from my daughter’s apartment. ”

“The bed is fantastic. Very comfortable and the air conditioner in the bed room works well. There really isn't air conditioning in any of the other spaces. There are just a few things to be aware of. The stairs into the apartment are very steep if you have a heavy suit case or if you have any sort of disabililty. The shower is very small, so if you are a bigger person it might not work for you and the furniture is not comfortable. They provide coffee which was nice. It's located in the old north……

“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well decorated, very clean and within close walking distance to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. We also appreciated the hosts' timely responses to our questions and the extra touches in the apartment: coffee, tea, napkins, etc. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Burlington.”
