Fenced in parking spot steps away from the stairs to the apartment and only a 2 block walk from a vibrant downtown scene makes this a “gem” for urban explorers like me looking to experience what Burlington has to offer. Perfect for a couple or solo who want to be in the middle of the action and just need a comfortable staging area for adventure. Highly recommend.」

「Interior is great & very clean/neat. But a few things need attention: interior-guest bathroom needs updating equal to rest of property. No A/C for summer visitors. Outside-entrance & parking which is in back of property is pretty ugly & unwelcoming. Looks rundown. We first thought we were at wrong location. Needs upgrading & improving.」

「The check in process is a piece of cake. Just one email with code and instructions and you are in. There is coffee provided but there is no sweetener or creamer. I brought mine with me just to make sure I had what I needed and I’m just letting future guests know to do the same. Host was very professional and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. Would stay there again. 」

「The apartment was roomy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from the main street in Winooski, a beautiful little town on the Winooski River. There are great restaurants and a brewery in town, which is only a couple of miles from both Burlington and the airport. Highly recommend!」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay. What we appreciated the most about this VRBO was the ability to park two cars and have a well-located base to explore the surrounding area. 「Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers.」

「All the comforts of home! Ellen was available but not intrusive. The place was lovely in a very quiet neighborhood with lovely gardens full of flowers and a pond. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. 」
