「The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.」

「Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you.」

「Clean, cozy, and tidy apartment was as described, with clean linens and towels and comfortable beds for myself and two teenage daughters. Host was responsive, and check-in and check-out was simple. Exterior and street are very dark at night, and the motion-sensitive lights were helpful. Would suggest stocking apt least one washcloth per person per night. Apartment is a 20-min walk to Henry's Diner and other good restaurant options. 」

「Location is great, but parking needs to get resolved. On street parking is limited to 2 hours during the day on one side and one hour on the other. But the city does not seem to be actively enforcing. Since most guests would be driving in and picking the downtown location so they can walk everywhere, the host needs to be much clearer about parking or find an alternative for guests.」

「Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again」
