Our stay was wonderful! The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed! Space was clean and had beautiful views!

Beautiful property. The views were breath taking and very serene. Very comfortable and clean space. Plenty to keep us busy. Our host was very welcoming. Check in was at 4:00pm, we got there maybe 10-15 minutes early. The host welcomed us over to check out the property outside as they finished cleaning and prepping the house for us. While on our walk around the property we did notice some dog poop left behind in the yard which we told them about before we came in just so they knew it wasn’t us that left it behind. They welcomed us in about 4:15-4:20pm to wait downstairs and to get our things inside as they finished cleaning/prepping upstairs. Not a big deal but it did delay us a little bit from when we were expecting to be eating dinner, feeding our dog and getting settled in for the night after our ride up. My understanding is they had 2 night stay guests (we also stayed 2 nights) before us that checked out the same day we checked in so that is what may have caused the delay. We were given an excellent run down of what the area offered, a tour of the house and the dos and don’ts which I found to be helpful to remain respectful of their space. I think it was worth the money spent here and we do hope to return.

What an amazing mini getaway! The house had gorgeous views and so many amenities! We loved the game room in the lower level too and spent the first night playing pool and ping pong. The bed was super comfy and they provided plenty of blankets and pillows. The jetted tub was also a plus! We will definitely be back again!

We had a relaxing wonderful week on the lake! Gorgeous views from every window and the deck and hammock were perfect. We used the game room and of course the kayaks nearly every day! A wonderful getaway!

We had the most relaxing start to our New England vacation! The house was clean, and so very nice. The outdoor space offers multiple seating areas, and we enjoyed being out during the day and evening. There were so many options of water activities! It was great, and we’d love to come back!

This is undoubtedly, the best vacation I have ever had in terms of its location, very private and the view of the mountains in Lake Champlain. I’ve never had a scene like this on any vacation nor do I expect you in the future. The host Barbara was friendly and accommodating, and you are left with a book full of restaurants to visit activities to attend and we did go to one of the restaurants she recommended which was actually “the Bridge”, you could walk to it if you’re in good shape!We were at the Shelburne Museum just took in the whole area from Addison all the way to Saint Albans, where my relatives live. This is a place you need to stay at for complete relaxation which the scene /environment will give you. One more thing you can walk to the WAGS….. West Addison General store they have everything you need gas water, liquor pizza you name it they’ve got it. I bought a souvenir of course…a Vermont hat.I hope to be back someday

This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental. We hope to return in the future.

Peaceful lakefront escape

Well-maintained house in a quiet spot. The property manager is right next door if you need anything. Beautiful views and a well-stocked kitchen. Can't wait to visit again.

This is our second year at this property and it is still a beautiful home and location. Plenty of birds and small wildlife to watch. It has all kinds of outdoor things to do boating, swimming or just enjoying the views! The host is amazing! Best Vrbo we have stayed in, pet friendly too!

I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as welcoming and comfortable as our first.The hosts are incredibly helpful, accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.The house itself is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need to feel at home.Our dog enjoyed the large yard, as did we. We played cornhole, which is one of the many options as far as lawn games go. We loved spending time on the deck, grilling and enjoying the spectacular view. The sunsets were incredible.There are many birds that come to the bird feeder throughout the day and we were even lucky enough to see a bald eagle.We spent a lot of time fishing and my husband even caught a personal best (the bass was just shy of 6 lbs).We visited W.A.G.S. often (the local general store) which has just about anything you need. We also had ice cream at Goodies Snack Bar. (The Green Mountain Sundae was so delicious!) Champ's Trading Post was our third local stop where we bought all of our souvenirs (t-shirts, maple syrup, local jam, specialty soaps, Christmas ornaments and magnets). Everything was affordably priced and the selection was great. All three places are within a minute or two of the house which makes it so convenient.Our overall experience was excellent and the value/price of the rental is outstanding.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation home.

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful cottage right on the water - wonderful views no matter the weather, but I got lucky and had some great spring days. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Cottage is well appointed and feels like a home away from home. I look forward to my next annual visit!

Should advertise how pet friendly they are.

We chose the place and and knew it said pet friendly but it seems like everyone who booked it had pets. My girlfriend is highly allergic to fur and pet hair and the couches were covered with pet hair and so was the whole house it was a great stay otherwise they should just advertise and warn about the pet hair

Great views!

Loved our stay! This home is so comfortable, clean, and the most breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoyed ice fishing at the bridge nearby and Vergennes has great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Location

Absolutely perfect location for what we were looking for! Beautiful view of the Lake Champlain and the house was perfect and comfortable- it had everything we needed! Peaceful and relaxing right before Christmas.

A cozy place to get away

This house is perfect if you want to get away from it all and have peace and quiet in the country. We used the watercraft provided to spend many hours relaxing on the lake. Barb is an amazing host and was very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.
