Great Location

My GF and I enjoyed our stay very much! Great walking location to down town and 1/2 way point to majority of the brewies. Also near the bike path and farmers Market. Would stay again. Great host

Really cozy but spacious spot. The property info sheet was incredibly helpful. If the property is still listed and available next time we’re in Burlington we’ll definitely stay again.

This little apartment is actually much bigger than the pictures would suggest. Very spacious. Perfect location in a cute neighborhood. James was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and were in town for the marathon. This house is a very close walk to town and a super quick drive to anything you need. Plenty of space and a full working kitchen was a nice bonus.

Two nights stay in September

I came up for a weekend to visit my child. You just started college at Champlain. The location of this apartment was great. Replace it’s pretty much as advertised, clean and cozy. One thing to be aware of is that the floors were loud both in the apartment and upstairs where the owner lives.

A perfect place for a little R&R in the heart of South Burlington!

This rental is in a great location for all that South Burlington has to offer! The apartment is nicely equipped with creature comforts including board games, books, a kitchen that has what you need to cook a meal in if you so desired. I felt safe and secure and knew I that I could reach out to James with any questions or concerns.

Great apartment close to downtown

Burlington Stay

The property looks as it is in the pictures. There was plenty of space for two and the AC was wonderful. It is an amazing location for the Farmer’s Market. We walked downtown, which wasn’t a bad walk, maybe 20 minutes. We had two people in the bed and it was uneven, fell down on one side.

Great Location

Overall, this property exceeded expectations. It is actually nicer in person than the pictures. It is quite roomy, was clean, and has a fantastic location. The house is located 3/4s of a mile from the Church Street Marketplace and also 3/4s of a mile from the waterfront and the Burlington Bike Path. With COVID-19, we weren't comfortable eating in restaurants, but we were able to walk to downtown Burlington (Church St) each night to pick up take-out dinners (about a 12-15 minute walk). The area is very safe for walking. We also walked to the waterfront/Lake Champlain every night to catch spectacular sunsets over the water (and the Adirondack Mountains in the distance). It was the perfect ending to every day. This location was also within about 45 minutes to some fantastic hiking at Mt Mansfield and Camel's Hump. We also did Sterling Pond (a great little hike with some serious elevation and a great view at the pond and from the ski slopes of Smuggler's Notch). We also biked the Burlington Bike Path to the end of the Causeway Trail twice (22 miles round trip from the house). The Causeway Trail takes you out in the middle of Lake Champlain surrounded by water. It is amazing! If 22 miles is too far, there is a dog park and playground closer to the Causeway for parking (making the bike ride around 13 miles). It was a great vacation with leaves at near peak. Again, the property was clean, and the location can't be beat. James, the host, was available for any questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

Check in very easy and made clear by James. Apartment big and comfortable for 2 people. All that you need is included, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies and laundry. The location was right off Pine St. and the bike path, perfect for us avid cyclists. A good choice.

Weekend in Burlington

My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting Vermont. As described, the property was very clean, and easy to access. Host was incredibly responsive; I heard back from him very quickly anytime I sent a message. Would stay here again!

Great location.

Property was clean and entry process was simple. We were there when the temperatures were above average so the two window a/c units struggled. The mattress was a bit soft for me, but I like a firm mattress. Overall I would recommend the unit. It’s in a nice neighborhood and less than a mile walk to downtown Burlington.

Family Trip

My husband and I came to Burlington to visit family for a week. Apartment was nice and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of waterfront, shops and restaurants at Church Street Marketplace. Had a minor issue and the owner took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!
