Hike the trails accessible right out of your front door, fish for trout in the South Toe River, or explore the majestic mountain waterfalls. This home is 10 minutes from the picturesque Mt. Mitchell golf course, beautiful Roaring Fork Falls, and the iconic Blue Ridge Parkway! Outdoor adventure and relaxation combine perfectly at this beautiful property. This is not only a gorgeous vacation rental, but a resort stay highlighted by a heated saltwater swimming pool, clubhouse with a shuffleboard court, pool table, game room and large library (** clubhouse and pool open seasonally)!

Incredible Mountain Views
We loved the property and the surrounding area. Beautiful views with easy access to Mount Mitchell and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is very comfortable and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to relax!
Wonderful views of the mountains! We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner was accommodating and friendly and answered all our questions promptly. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. About a mile outside the village, we hiked to Roaring Forks waterfall, which was beautiful and an easy hike. We drove to Mt. Mitchell and ate a delicious meal overlooking the valley. If you want to find a quiet and relaxing place, this is it!! One caveat-the drive is challenging on 80, so get there in the daylight hours. Burnsville is a quaint mountain town about 30 minutes north of the house. We enjoyed shopping, barbecue lunch and watching glass making and buying some pottery. Lots of sweet mountain memories made here!

Place was great. It had everything you need to make meals. Road leading to house is paved which is good a good thing. Every room had a view of the mountains which I loved.

Great view. Quiet and peaceful.
Nice quiet getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains, with great views. The property is close to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. House is comfortable with large TV and Wi Fi. The host was very helpful.
