Featuring private beach access, an open layout, high ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a loft, this rural vacation rental has everything needed for a fun stay. The spacious deck is the perfect spot to unwind surrounded by trees and good company. This oasis is surrounded by an undisturbed natural landscape making it a perfect place to enjoy the scenery that this area is known for. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then gather with your friends in the living space to enjoy some board games or watch a movie.
Enjoy incredible stargazing without city light pollution or listen to the gentle sounds of the Trinity River just a quarter-mile away. This home is also one of a few in the area on the river side of the road, so guests will be within a short walk or drive from the river access. No matter when you visit, you will have endless outdoor adventures at your fingertips. Hike, mountain bike, swim, fish, or even take a day trip to one of the idyllic towns along the California coast.

Beautifully renovated, very small cabin. Just one coat hook in the kitchen area; could use a lot more. I would not recommend for tall and large people, however not bad for young people with small children. Spiral staircase is very narrow and not suited for carrying up large suitcases or other items. Warning! Upstairs has no furnishings on which to lay belongings besides the very comfortable bed. No microwave, but a more than adequate stove with oven and plenty of cooking gear. I was looking for a cabin, not a condo, so the small inconveniences were in line with my expectations!

Lovely weekend, but come prepared!
This A-frame is dream-worthy and everything it looks like from the photos. As stated in the description, you will want to bring your own food (and items you might not think about, like salt/pepper/oil), but there are pots and pans and plates, etc. for you to use when you get there.
There are no curtains, save for the downstairs bedroom, so either bring supplies to DIY makeshift curtains for the kitchen and upstairs bedroom, or prepare yourself for open-window life in a small neighborhood! On that same note, bringing an extra throw blanket may be helpful too; there are a couple at the cabin, but to ensure you're warm enough at night, you might want an additional layer.
We had no cell, internet, or landline connectivity, but that was part of the charm of disconnecting.
Overall, 5/5 would stay here again!

We loved the quite at this cabin. Being able to step outside and just listen to the wind in the trees was great. When we found the way to the river, it was even better! A beautiful spot that everyone who stays here must do.

Beautiful A frame
We fell in love with this beautiful little cabin! The atmosphere inside made us feel so relaxed, with a hint of luxury! This cabin was the perfect way to unplug and spend time with our family. The weather was perfect and the river was an amazing swim hole for the whole family. This is a trip we won’t forget.
