「We were looking for a true cottage experience and we found it! If you are looking for frills this cottage is not for you but if you are looking to relax and enjoy being right on the lake then this is it. We wanted to get away from it all,relax and spend quality time together and with our two dogs and that is exactly what we did. When we arrived the dogs ran straight to the lake and swam. 「This is a beautiful rental for a family vacation. The property is beautiful, with great amenities. Our family loved the paddle boat and sauna and hot tub. The grandchildren loved the spacious rooms , waterfront and secure and safe property. Lots of great trails for hiking, close to a scenic damn. We loved it. 」

「Our family and friends really enjoyed the house and all the amenities. The house is beautiful with lots of room for our 3 families. But the best part was the 2 tiered deck and dock right on the gorgeous lake. Sunsets were mesmerizing as well. We loved our stay here and would give it a solid recommendation. 」

「Bedrooms were clean and spacious, tons of outdoor areas to sit with friends, plenty of firewood, the dock area is perfect. highly recommend this property, would love to rent it again but for longer. 」

「My partner, children, their spouses and 11 grandchildren had an amazing stay at Paradise Palace. A very large piece of property for outdoor games, etc, very private, great canoeing, fishing, clear river that can swim in if don’t mind a bit of water wildlife, large private fire pit area. Inside open concept, very bright and roomy, large kitchen, pool table was a hit, close to Bobcaygeon. The owner was very helpful and quick at responding to any questions. Definitely recrecommend 」

「Melissa was very accommodating making sure we were set up properly. There was a mix up with our booking and she quickly responded and sorted us out. We had a late check-in and Melissa let us check out late for some extra time by the water. I'd recommend staying at any of Melissa's places, she was a great host.」

「Very nice TV And access to movies. Thought it was on the water but down the street. Nice balcony. Lot across was a demo site. Not owners fault. Cigarette smoke in house was a challenge for us. Welcomed our dogs though and very welcoming and helpful. 」

「Stayed at Eganridge 5 years ago. It has gone from a 5 star to a 2 star and was very disappointing. Even the dining room did not meet previous experience. Food had to be sent back twice. Pictures on vrbo were not of the cabin we stayed in. Flooding and sewage back up in our cottage meant we had to move to another cottage. Staff was pleasant but did not seem motivated to solve a variety of issues.」

「Our booking was a Last minute cancellation by the Host and very Poor communication and the difficulty of finding alternative accommodation, especially during this long week season. We were all prepared and had families over. It was such a frustration. 」
