「If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. 」

「Our stay at Howler House was just as we imagined it could be. The hosts were absolutely amazing and quick with responses. Shanna picked us up from the water taxi, arranged our excursions, and was so helpful with any questions we had about the area. Kenny was there daily cleaning the pool or the yard. 「We can’t say enough good things about the hosts here. Or the location, or the pool, or the amazing company of other like minded travellers.
So close to the airport (but out of the grossness of downtown Belize city), with a free shuttle! If you’ve travelled at Belize before and are familiar with the accommodations, you’ll know that you’re not usually going to get the Marriot. But thats the best part about Belize.
This wonderful place is clean, the beds are soft and the room is so comfortable....
