Euphrates House Hotel, konum itibarıyla gerçekten çok avantajlı bir noktada yer alıyor. Cadde üzerinde olması, çevresinde fırın ve market gibi günlük ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz olanakların bulunması büyük kolaylık. Ayrıca Sur Yapı AVM’ye de oldukça yakın mesafede. ​Otelin çalışanları son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, bu konuda çok memnun kaldım. Odalar da gayet temiz, ferah ve genişti. Ancak konaklamam sırasında konforu etkileyen bazı şaşırtıcı eksikliklerle karşılaştım: ​Banyo Düzeni: Banyoda herhangi bir askı aparatı bulunmuyor. Havlunuzu bile asacak bir yer olmaması tasarım açısından oldukça enteresan bir eksiklik. ​TV ve Teknoloji: Odada TV mevcut fakat arıza nedeniyle uydu kanalları çalışmıyordu. Smart TV içerisinde çeşitli platformlar yüklü olsa da, işletme misafirler için bir üyelik sunmuyor; izlemek için kendi hesabınızla giriş yapmanız bekleniyor. Ben sorunu televizyona Tivibu uygulamasını indirip kendi bireysel aboneliğimle giriş yaparak çözebildim. Bu devirde misafirin TV izlemek için bu kadar çaba harcaması garip bir durum. ​İnternet: Wi-Fi hizmeti var ancak bağlantı ne yazık ki zayıf ve çok sık kopmalar yaşanıyor. ​Özetle; konumu, temizliği ve personeliyle potansiyeli yüksek olan bu işletmenin, oda içi kullanım detayları ve teknik altyapı (TV/İnternet) konusundaki eksikliklerini gidermesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Öncelikle otelin konumu yeri gayet güzeldi İlk girişte herşey gayet düzenli ve temİz görünüyordu odamız ise geniş ferah konforlu büyük teraslı bir odaydı. Ancak banyodçya tuvalet kağıdı konulmamıştı bu bir 4 kişi kaldığımız odada 1 pike 2 yastık vardı kendilerinden ilk önce yastık ve tuvalet kağıdı istedik 30-40 dk da getire bildiler daha sonrasında pike istedik 1,5 saatte geldi ayrıca koca bir teras var ama oturacağımız bir sandalye yada tabure koymamışlar istediğmiz de de yok dediler ve son bombamız çift kişilik yatağın içimdeki yatak koruyucu iğrençti ve Üzerinde saçlar doluydu ayrıxa açılan koltuğu yatmak için açtığımızda da her yerde kıllar vardı kısacası otel aslında çok iyi ama hizmet ve temizlik sıfır bunları bilerek konaklayın biz memnun kalmadık

Odalar ve banyo tertemiz, personelde çok güler yüzlüydü. Bursa’nın en işlek yerine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olmasıda ayrıca çok kolaydı. Bursa’nın içerisinde böyle bir otel olması sevindirdi açıkçası. Çok memnun kaldık.
