「The service is bad. I ordered two bottles of water after I came back. After 30+ mins, I needed to reorder again since they had missed the first request. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned I had outstanding breakfast bills, which I was using the voucher for. Moreover, after I checked out, I still receive I had missed the checkout time.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「I only stayed one night for my second day's flight. Unfortunately, the bed was full sell of White Flower Embrocation, obviously house keeper has nose problem that day.」

「I got free parking offered which is excellent. Room is clean and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice and with fast reaction. Location is perfect!」

「Excellent services , good location」

「There was no one answering the phone at all — whether calling housekeeping or reception for help. The shuttle bus service is misleading; the hotel works with a third party and they don’t recommend guests to use it. Honestly, why not just cancel the service altogether?」

「Room is spacious and thegreat and Justin is very helpful. 」
