Staff were friendly but our room seemed to have a sofa bed in it, not a double bed as requested, so it was not comfortable and hence the low score. Location was very convenient for the beach/tours.

Top choice for Busan

This hotel is well located right on top of the subway station. The room is comfortable, clean spacious and views are excellent. Wifi is fast. It is also situating on top of restaurants and centrally located near many shopping malls and restaurants. We can go to all the tourist spots and beaches using subways or buses. The service is also top notch. Highly recommend this place for its convenience and value

This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!

Great spot to stay and inexpensive! We had a decent size mini apartment basically! Booking with w residence was better then booking through other companies in the building as we got daily water and cleaning twice for our 11 day stay. We also had a washer which was a great addition. Elevators can take awhile but that's to be expected when so many floors. Not much Interaction with staff.

Very good location and room condition, nice toiletries provided, a washing machine in the room makes it perfect for my 8 days stay. The only cons is not easy to find the reception at 2/F of the building at arrival since no clear sign outside the building

Value for money

Subway use exit 7 can use the escalator( if too many people waiting for the lift) then follow the hotel sign ( even is not the same hotel name) go to 2/f to look for w residence check in desk. Nice and kind check in staff. Show and help me to use the lift to room( which I can not manage to properly use the card and go up at the first time) thank you. Nice and clean room.

The hotel is near the metro station and has many restaurants nearby. But we have lost the way to the reception at first because it’s on the second floor. The room was clean and wide enough. Then we had confused we couldn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The boiler didn’t work. Unfortunately we will not stay here. Bytheway the elevator are SO crowded.

Great residence hotel.

Really easy, really clean, great place overall. Made us feel at home. You will need to ask for normal residence things like salt and oil, and there is no coffee machine, so pick up some instant korean coffee packs when you go to the store.
