This is a typical small Asian hotel. By American standards, the rooms are tiny, beds are small, and bathrooms are small. But an experienced traveler in Asia would expect that.
As long as you manage your expectations, this is a good place. Close to the beach. On a more quiet side street. Clean. No views. limited parking. And has a self-serve breakfast. In the lobby, you can make yourself toast, eggs, cold cereal, and quality orange juice. A strange quirk is that you wash your own dishes too. But that didn't really bother me. I left the hotel without needing to find a place for breakfast. And finding American style breakfast in Korea isn't easy even if you did leave.
So go ahead and book, just know that it will be tiny, and enjoy a quiet nights sleep.
