"I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out.
I upgraded to a water-view room, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the ocean with mountains visible in the distance. The bathtub was positioned perfectly to enjoy the same scenery, and the hotel even provided bath salts.
The gym was another standout feature. It was large, spacious, and equipped with machines and equipment I had never used before. Even if many guests were working out at the same time, it never felt crowded. There was also a stretching area and a golf room, although I did not use them. The cold towels and complimentary water bottles were thoughtful touches that made the experience even better.
The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of both Western and Korean food. The quality was very good, and there were plenty of choices, but the menu rarely changed, so after several days it felt repetitive.
Overall, the stunning views, excellent fitness facilities, clean accommodations, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail made this a truly memorable stay. The water-view room alone made the upgrade worth every penny, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan."
