Our family of 13, 10Adults and 3 teenagers had an amazing time. It is 15 away from Shawnee mountain. The house is big enough to fit a big family with plenty of room. Alex, the host responded to my inquiries super fast.this is my second time and would definitely stay again. The indoor community heated pool is a plus.

First let me start by saying Alex the owner of house did everything an owner should do always in touch renters to help your stay be excellent! The property is great everything you need to have fun vacation.Plenty to do in Saw Creek my grandkids loved pools and beach some adults even went on the lake in kayaks. We spent a long weekend here with family (ages 4 to 66!) and enjoyed all of the great features the house had to offer - pool table, backyard games, s’mores in the fire pit, catching frogs by the stream, large dinning room table for card games and enjoying home cooked family dinners, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, multiple pools a short drive away, kayaking on the nearby lake, jogging paths, and much more.

We booked a last minute getaway and we enjoyed every single minute! Overall very nice place, looks just like the pictures. What a great place to stay if you want to relax, everything in the house was very clean and easy to find anything you were looking for. Beds were very comfortable and the outside area to the creek was fantastic. Very peaceful and comfortable. Sitting by the creek in the morning drinking our coffee and listening to nature can't get any better. Great location if you're planning to visit Bushkill Falls. I definitely would come and stay here again, highly recommend this house to everyone .

Relaxing Escape

Adored this home. Fit our large group perfectly. We had a great time relaxing, playing board games, and lounging around the house. Loved our day trips into Stroudsburg and the surrounding area. Enjoyed the winter activities as well as a few hikes. Everything was we stocked to make an enjoyable stay. The home had more than enough dishware and pots and pans to serve a large group. Plus, LOVED the creek. It was rushing heavily when we were there and it was fun to walk down to watch it or just hear it from the house. Would stay again!

Wonderful family vacation

This was our second trip to Saw Creek and our first in Alex’s home. Photos are very accurate and we were all comfortable and still were able to have quiet time because of the layout. Kitchen was fully equipped. We didn’t access the creek side much due to the ages of the young children. But it was lovely listening to the creek. Alex was very attentive to our questions and acted quickly to resolve an issue. I definitely recommend Alex’s home. Quiet neighbors.

Good House

It was a good house and a decent stay. We really enjoyed the stream by the house. Overall it was a good experience barring a couple of issues. We had a water leak in the house and it took the whole day for someone to come and fix it. We couldn’t continue with our plans because of the delay. The other issue was the host had asked us to leave the trash by the entrance of the community, but for the 3 day stay for 12 people, there was only 1 roll of bounty and 1 garbage bag. So, we had to get the supplies.

Love the Bushkill Area

The property is really lovely. The rooms are spacious for the most part. The reviews that mention the pool table being not great as well as the sheets not fitting properly are accurate. The area rugs could use a cleaning or replacement. It would’ve been nice for the grass to have been cut before we came because toward the end of our weeklong stay, it was pretty high. These are minor complaints that did not prevent us from having a very nice family vacation. We got to use the fire pit a couple of nights. That was really fun. The surrounding area has cool things to do as a family like Bushkill Falls and Delaware Water Gap; but some of the other Pocono attractions are kind of far away; eg. Camelback is 40 minutes. The house has some really important conveniences like plenty of dishes and utensils, and just room for people to have their own space if they want it. All in all a terrific place to experience the Poconos in a relaxing Zen setting.

Wonderful family vacation

Plenty of room for everyone! Pool table kept us busy when the mosquitoes were hungry. Loved the big dinner table. Kitchen was big enough for multiple chefs. Beds were comfy. We didn’t want for anything. Great job, Alex!
