Poconos Top Rated Resort - Saw Creek Estates

Our luxury Poconos home in Saw Creek Estates is an oasis for music lovers and those who love fun! We have 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, full kitchen, dining & game room. We have high speed Internet & central AC. There’s a private bedroom loft with en-suite bathroom,jacuzzi tub &private deck plus 4 more bedrooms. Living rooms have 4 sofas that turn into double+futons. Drums&guitars invite guests to make beautiful musical memories. There are 3 levels of living space &amazing views.
The space
As soon as you reserve our home on Airbnb we will reach out to you on Airbnb for a copy of your driver’s license to keep on file for our resort, plus we will need the names and birthdates of every guest who will be staying with you. The reason for this is because we are in a gated community resort and in order to enter the resort, all guests must be registered. We need to have those names and birthdates within 48 hours of the booking or unfortunately we can only register the person who booked the stay in our home. Beyond 48 hours if we don’t get names and addresses there is a $100 surcharge that our resort charges and we would have to put that additional charge onto your reservation and we absolutely would never want to do that which is why we prefer those names and birthdates right away. Adding a guest or two later after you send the list is never a problem, we just must send the bulk of names and birthdates to our resort and gatehouse for each reservation. We truly want you to have an amazing time with your guests so please be sure to send all names and birthdates right after you book the reservation and receive our welcome letter. Our goal is for all guests to have an amazing 5 star+++ time!

Our entire 5 bedroom house is available for guests, minus a few locked owner closets.

We paid careful attention to decorating our home with musical inspiration and have instruments and memorabilia throughout the home. Items on the floor on stands are for guests to enjoy. Instruments on the walls are for visual enjoyment only.

Located very close to Bushkill Falls, white water rafting excursions, zip lining, hiking and biking trails, there’s something for everyone.

We have exterior Ring cameras to enhance everyone’s safety. There are no interior cameras.
Guest access
Guests may enjoy the entire home. A few closets are locked, but the rest is for guests.
Other things to note
Our home is in a gated community called Saw Creek Estates. There are many amenities but badges are required for them. As owners we are only issued 6 badges a year and we are more than happy to loan them out with the understanding that since they are not replaceable if we do not get them all returned by the time of checkout there is a $250 per badge fee which the guest will be charged.

All guests over age 3 must be registered for entry into our community. Therefore, within 48 hours of reserving our home we will need the names and birthdates of all guests. Unfortunately if we don’t get that, only the person who books our home will gain entry into our community so we urge you to please send us those names after booking so that we can get you all set up for a fabulous vacation.

The community also has a strict rule about not allowing parties or fireworks. If the community finds guests to be having a party or setting off fireworks, it will result in a fine (they tell us that they start at $500 and go up) and an immediate termination of the guests stay with no reimbursement. They don’t give warnings so we like everyone to know this now so that they don’t have any issues.

Saw Creek Estates is voted as the best gated community in the Poconos and has their own on staff police which keep it as an exclusive resort just for homeowners and our guests. It is a great location for families to enjoy. THIS IS NOT A PARTY house...security will have it shutdown with police there in a heartbeat. This is a FAMILY and friends vacation spot to enjoy and make great memories.

The community also has strict rules about double parking and speeding. Please following the speed limit and park in our driveway. Unfortunately the community does give tickets/fines to guests and owners if that violated and the guest is 100% responsible to pay all of it.

In our home we have a strict policy regarding no smoking, no confetti and no glitter. If this is found the guests would be charged $500 for an extensive air filtering and cleaning.

Our home, as well as all homes in Saw Creek Estates has what’s called a “grinder pump” which is what all water must filter through. It gets backed up and clogged if anything at all except toilet paper gets flushed down the toilet. Please put absolutely nothing down the sink or down any toilets or drains except water and minimal toilet paper ti avoid problems. If it gets clogged due to something that the guest puts down the sink or toilet, unfortunately the cost will be charged to the guest who booked the stay. The grinder pump is also run by electric so if there is a power failure it will not run.

We also ask guests not to plug in too many things on the bottom floor because it does trip the breaker.

We don’t control what amenities are open at what time so we encourage guests to look online prior to their stay to find out about amenities which interest them.
