About this property

Larchfield, at the centre of the unique North Antrim Coast

  • Fully centrally heated, Larchfield is renowned for offering year-round luxury self catering accommodation to discerning Guests for the past 16 years.
    At your convenience are 3 bedrooms; one king size bedded room with en-suite, one further double and one twin-bedded room. Sleeping six in all and with wardrobe facilities for all. All bedrooms feature black-out blinds on the windows. Travel cots are provided if required. All linen and an ample supply of hand and bath towels are provided. Adjoining the bedrooms is a full-size family bathroom, with bath and shower. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with a WC.
    The living-room seats 8 Guests in 2 comfortable settees and armchairs, with an open-fire for toasting toes! This room is well equipped with a smart 42” TV with Netflix etc on demand, music player, and features relaxing lighting for evening snoozes! A selection of CD's are provided for your enjoyment and WiFi is installed for your convenience.
    The fully-equipped kitchen seats 6 diners in comfort, with toddlers catered for in high-chairs. Full cooking, baking, chilling and freezing facilities are provided with ample crockery and cutlery for our Guests.
    A Welcome Pack is provided to allow you to settle-in after your journey to Larchfield.
    The Utility Room contains a dishwasher with detergents, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
    Outdoors to the rear is fully fenced and gated for the freedom of pets or toddlers. There is a paved area with luxury patio dining furniture to seat 8 in cushioned comfort! A sunshade is provided for those long al-fresco lunches, cooked on the large gas Bbq provided for your use.
    There is also an outdoor shower for washing pets or children (!) after a day on the beach.
    The front of Larchfield has a rural aspect with garden seating for that first cup of tea in the morning sun! There is also off-road parking for your vehicles.
    There is a dedicated 7kva electric vehicle PowerPoint at Larchfield for our Guests, available at extra cost.
    All linen, hand & bath towels, loo and kitchen rolls, Utilities, all fuels inc oil, peat & logs, power, gas bbq are inclusive.
    Mains operated smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted for the well-being of our Guests.
    Please Note: The British Open Golf Championship is being held locally from the 13th to the 20th of July 2025.
    This period can only be booked as one stay of 8 nights.

A very bright, clean house with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were super comfortable, access to a washer/dryer, and space inside and out to relax and unwind. The host left a generous welcome basket with a selection of cereals, eggs, juice, milk. The location is EXCELLENT with an easy walk to town and the Bushmills Distillery. The drive to Giants Causeway is about 10min. This is the place to stay!!!!

This was our first visit to Ireland we are having a 5 week holiday and Bushmills was our first stop and we were sorry to leave the town was only about 10 minutes walk to the were we found everything we needed lovely friendly people, fantastic shops, cafes, bars and restaurants we walked to the Giants Causeway and back Trevor contacted us to if everything was ok and if we needed anything not hesitate in contacting him which was unexpected. We have stay in self catering accommodation all over europe and this is one is up there with the best thanks so much Trevor for allowing us to stay we enjoyed every minute we hope to be back soon.

Great place in Bushmills

Very handy to the town and the north coast. Accommodations were clean and well stocked and plenty of room for four adults. We used this as a base to explore Portrush, Giants Causeway, the beaches and the Dark Hedges. Would definitely recommend!

The best stay in all of Ireland

This was the perfect stay for our family of 6 ranging from 3 years old to 62. The property owner was so kind and helpful. The place was immaculate, supplied well and spacious. So cute and in the cutest little town. Also a bonus was the sweet neighbor next door who let us love on her dog as we were missing ours. Would recommend this stay to everyone. Perfect distance from many things to do - giants Causeway, Derry, Garrick a rede, Belfast, portrush, several castles.

Lovely stay with wonderful hosts

The hosts had great communication and went above and beyond with making us feel at home, comfortable, and more than welcome to the property. We signed a book of people that have stayed there at the house, were given helpful information about the area, and they were even thoughtful enough to provide a few food necessities that were very much appreciated! We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend anyone else looking for one- you will be very happy with this location!!

The house is very suitable for trips to the Causeway Coast. The facilities offer everything you need. The center of Bushmills is within easy walking distance. The House ist very suitable for families. For us it was perfect!

Perfect spot in Bushmills located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Accommodations were perfect, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful House

Larchfield is a wonderful house where you can feel right at home. Everything you need is there and Trevor and Lynn are wonderful and courteous hosts. It is a good location to start discovering all beautiful points of interest of Northern Ireland. We hope to come back one day.

Northern Ireland Trip

Larchfield is a wonderful home in a convenient location to the town of Bushmills. Made for an easy visit to Bushmills Distillery and Giant's Causeway. Our host Trevor is top notch! His home is clean, comfortable, and very nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need. Trevor was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. I highly recommend Larchfield and would definitely love to return sometime!

We loved this property. It is charming and comfortable with everything we needed and more. Trevor is a super host, responding to all my pre trip queries with solutions. The welcome pack was beyond generous. Indeed if we had known we would not have done a shop before we arrived. If we get a chance we will return. Bonnie, our Border Terrier loved it too. Thank you Trevor and thank you Gillian who ‘babysat’ Bonnie for us when we had dinner out.

Immaculate, comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property in Bushmills. It is close to every site you might want to visit in the area. The town is a perfect size with many options for restaurants and shops, and a ten minute walk from your accommodation. Highly recommended, we would definitely book here again.
