“Didn’t hear from host until I finally asked for info to access apartment the day before we departed on long flight from CA. Host asked for my email address broken out in user name and then separate message with email host (gmail etc) and also wanted my cell # number before he would provide access indicating it was because of VRBOs messaging system.
