The upstairs premier suite is an oasis of calm, offering a queen bed with the luxury of an en-suite bathroom and another private seating area with TV and split system heating and cooling . The remaining two bedrooms are equally inviting, one with king bed and one with a queen beds and a bunk bed twin singles, all actually designed to provide a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. There is another family bathroom on the ground floor. .

There are two ultra-modern bathrooms, prepared with fluffy towels and essential toiletries for your convenience. A commodious open plan living area invites intimate conversation or family gatherings around the big screen TV. The elegant dining room can comfortably seat all of your guests for a meal prepared in the fully furnished kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and quality appliances.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
