  • Dunsborough is a great base from which to enjoy the SW Capes region famous for its vineyards, galleries, surf beaches, golf courses, forests, walking/bike trails, caves, fishing and safe bay beaches. An easy 700m walk to family safe ‘old Dunsborough’ beach, and easy access beyond to the Meelup coastal trail. Situated in a in a quiet cul-de-sac about 1 km from town.
    Other things to note
    The property is close to the Dunsborough Country Club and Old Dunsborough Hall/Art Gallery. You can gain access to these amenities for a small fee and prior booking. The amenities include tennis courts, a dry golf course, bowling green and a bar restaurants open late afternoon and some evenings at very reasonable prices. You can walk through the Country Club grounds as a shortcut to Old Dunsborough boat ramp and beach.

Comfortable and relaxing location

Had a lovely time staying at this property. Was just right for our family group, catering for adults and our six year old son, with great indoor and outdoor family spaces. Would definitely like to come here again and would recommend to other families.

Family friendly house

This single level home is very well set up for those with young children. It has a great enclosed yard with a lawn and cubby house as well as cots, toys etc.
