"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, and overall the stay was pretty good, the only blemish in the apartment is that it can be pretty cold during winter but with the heater on it’s alright. The biggest problem for us was parking, we would come home a bit late and we’d have trouble finding a spot to park in. All in all, the stay was pleasant and I’d recommend it for a small family since it’s located in a very good spot not too far from the airport or the city centre."

"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. "El estaso de la casa es lamentable, es muy vieja y los muebles estan viejos y sucios , las fotografias de la casa no tienen nada que ver con la realidad , la verdad es que hemos quedado muy descontentos. Lo unico jueno es que la calefacion una vez solucionado el problema funciono perfectamente y la localizacion es estupenda. "
