「Very nice to have a place to stay that isn't a hotel room. Clean and quiet as well as having laundry. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Perfectly located for the downtown activity. Highly recommend. We will stay again!」

「Great communication with owner and cute property.」

「Exceeded our expectations! Great price with a very well designed and supplied interior. Despite its proximity to the highway, you won’t hear a thing inside the unit. It’s well insulated and comfortable.」

「Clean and perfect for our group! 」

「Great location to walk downtown.」

「Everything went perfect with our stay! Great location for downtown Deadwood!」

「Good proximity to downtown and attractions. House is 'rustic' and suited our needs. Not a polished, modern property, nor was that the expectation, but a cozy place to make our base camp for a couple of nights.AC thermostat was in a lockbox and we couldn't control it. That's a new one for me... but it was comfortable and we didn't need to adjust it after all. The layout didn't include a living room space, no comfy chairs or sitting area. But I suppose the sacrifice allows for more beds.The...

「The location to down town made it a Park and walk weekend.Only question issue we had , could have been takin care of if we had read the paper in front of our face on the kitchen wall. I would highly recommend this nice place.」

「Great location and cozy!!!!」

「Nice place and great host. Checked in several times just to see if we needed anything and responded immediately to any message we sent」

「My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Hen House. The property was exactly as pictured (perfect for 2 people) and in a quiet location just a few minutes from downtown Spearfish. We were surprised there was no tv as we hadn’t caught that in the description, but we really didn’t miss it and would stay at the property again.」

「Great place! We really enjoyed our stay in the 3 room suite at the Bank Hotel in Deadwood, SD.The location is prime for downtown interests. I will remind anyone who plans on staying on the main strip that it can be noisy at all hours.I would recommend this place!」

「House was cute and clean! Easy to get to downtown with a trolley stop right outside! Had a small hiccup with our AC not working and wasn’t helped very timely…but I fixed it and moved on! Was a very cute little place, easy parking and location!」

「Such an amazing property. Secluded and private. Stunning views. Would absolutely stay again!」

「Excellent house for the 12 of us」

「It was very minimalist apartment which was perfectly fine for us. It was downtown close to restaurants, coffee shops (Blackbird is awesome) and across the alley from a wonderful wine bar with live music. For us, it was perfect. It was very clean and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Rachel was a rock star responding to questions!! Clean, excellent location. We were able to use the garden hose to wash our motorcycles and a big bonus to be able to park them in the garage. Would stay here again in an instant if we return to Sturgis.」
