The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. This is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage, and therefore the entire place is not asphalted. The River Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls deepen the stones and form kettle-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (kettles). Access is via a side road (asphalt, rubble or gravel).
