This is a lovely vacation home in Buzzards Bay that your family will enjoy. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it spacious and comfortable.
In the basement, there's a bar, a TV lounge area, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. You'll also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer that you can use during your stay.
On the first floor, there's a kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. The living room has a big TV and board games for entertainment.
There's another full bathroom and a master bedroom with a king bed on first floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has two twin beds.
For your comfort, there are window and portable air conditioning units to keep you cool on warm days. And on colder days, the radiant hot water heating system controlled by Nest thermostats will keep you warm.
The backyard is large and has a patio, a fire pit, and a grill, which are perfect for a family barbecue.
You'll have access to Queen Sewell Pond and the beach, where you can relax and have fun with friends and family.
Electric Avenue Beach and Boat Ramp are approximately 5-minute drive away and are popular for swimming, fishing, and boating.
Before your arrival, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure your safety.
To enhance the safety and security of the property, I've installed three BLINK FLOODLIGHT + CAMERA SYSTEM on the outside of the house. These cameras will provide you with peace of mind during your stay.
If you're traveling with pets, there is an additional charge of $200 per stay to cover extra cleaning costs. We have a spacious backyard for your pet to play, and there are nearby parks for longer walks. Please remember to clean up after your pet to keep the space clean. We enforce strict pet policy rules, and any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guests.
I've added a work station with a printer to the rental property so that you can stay connected and work remotely. It's equipped with a comfortable desk, chair, printer, and high-speed internet access. Whether you need to print documents or check emails, this work station will make your stay more convenient and productive.
