"I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Please read reviews! I am very disappointed that Expedia would even list this place! I have booked many, many hotels through Expedia and have never had a problem, that is until this place. The listed restaurant is boarded up with plywood. You have to walk up to a bullet proof window outdoors to check in. The inside was filthy. The red carpet in the entry way was completely worn through to the floor. The room was very dated and just gross. King size bed with a visually saggy mattress and threadbare bed linens that were in disarray. There was one pillow on the bed. There was dust and finger prints on the furniture and a huge rip in one of the drapes. None of the vending machines worked, not that I was interested. I cannot find one good thing to say about this place. Oh, there was a small area of white powder on the floor outside the door of our room. I went, I saw, I said absolutely not! We left. Expedia should not be recommending this place. My fault for not reading the reviews, but I just expected more from Expedia. "

"Couldn’t check in for hours. Manager rude, unreasonable, and dismissive. First floor flooded. It was an absolute circus. Laundry machines broken so no clean sheets/towels. No accommodations made. Didn’t get to check in til 7pm at night. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with."

"I loved the space it looks like"

"What a complete and utter lack of customer service and accommodation by this property. First on this booking: Had to extend a friend who was staying Saturday night, Booked this room at 9am and got confirmation. My friend's reservation was to extend with the new one. Front desk locked him out after shift change. They could not find the reservation and deactivated his keys. He returned at 6pm in panic. The front desk manager Ken was accomodating and let him take a brief nap while he sorted out the confusion. Ken also gave him a new room as my friend had issues with the last room. Besides Ken the Front Desk team is rude and curt and ignorant. Had issues Friday and Saturday with another reservation. Family who owns property is great but their 2 staff members Friday morning and Saturday evening are incompetent and nasty."

"I specifically booked a room with two beds because I was traveling with my daughter and her friend. However, when I got to the hotel, they told me there were none available and that because I booked through a third-party, they didn’t know I needed it too bads."
