「Need more cleaning and maintenance. The lobby and reception is not welcoming. During the check, we need to find the staff. We did dine once for dinner and there are a lot flies.」

「It was the worst experience ever. I took my whole family from Texas and Virginia (13 of us total) for a 4-day weekend and ended up leaving the next day. Our rooms were old and dirty. We were informed that our originally booked room had an issue and were offered an alternative room described as an “upgrade.” Unfortunately, the replacement room was...

「This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning.」
