“Nice place”

“Pros: Good location, away from tourists, across the street from a wonderful restaurant Juan Tiburon. Cons: Not a hotel, more of a hostel. There was a cockroach in the hall way, the bathroom was dirty. I received a message at 10am saying that check-out was at 11am, even though Travelocity has it advertised as noon check-out. (Only reason I booked it) My mother and I ended up leaving at 11:30 feeling rushed. ”

“Came here with a group of 9 friends. The suites and the view from the suites were absolutely incredible - much better than the pictures seem. The resort is very beautiful and they have an on-site restaurant with a great menu. Staff were all very friendly and responsive to any requests. The one thing guests should be prepared for is to climb a lot of stairs (they have an elevator, but in most instances, you have to climb steps to access it and it didn’t always work). Probably wouldn’t recommend……
