The Space:

This ground-floor apartment sleeps up to six guests in Boquerón, just steps from shared beach access and a year-round community pool. It's designed for families or small groups who want an easy coastal stay with flexible sleeping, outdoor space, and room to spread out without climbing stairs.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The private bedroom features a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and storage for your belongings. In the living area, you'll find a double sofa bed, single bed, and full futon — giving everyone their own spot to sleep after long beach days.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living room doubles as a gathering spot with a smart TV and seating, then converts to extra sleeping space at night. The dining table seats the group for meals you prepare in the full kitchen, which comes with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the cookware and basics you need to skip the restaurant bill.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private patio offers a quiet place to sip morning coffee, while the shared community areas bring the fun: a swimming pool open year-round, hammock, ping pong and pool tables, playground, and beach chairs ready for the sand. Beach access is just a short walk within the complex.



Good To Know

A dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free parking make daily life easy. Pack light — there's a washer available on-site. This property does not provide Wi-Fi, giving you a chance to truly disconnect. A shared BBQ grill is available with a $25 refundable deposit, arranged on-site and subject to availability. Pets are welcome, and families can request a crib or pack 'n play at no extra charge.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
