“Our stay here was great! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It get’s very hot even in late October but the breeze is great and there are two air conditioning units that help a lot. The private plunge pool is an amazing feature and we did use the infinity pool within the complex. Rincón is just a few minutes away by car and there are a ton of places to eat there as small shops. There are MANY beaches close by. During our stay in late October, the town and beaches were not super busy but still……

“My wife and i just had a wonderful trip to Casa Loba - the unit was very spacious, clean and modern. We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located. “Tamara and staff answered all questions and provided items when needed graciously and timely. The location was great for all of our explorations. The accommodations were spacious and comfy. We went to many beaches, but none were as perfect as the one right off our balcony. We will be back!”

“1. The property key pad was confusing and not working correctly. It took me a bit every tome to unlock the door. If they update the key pads or put a key would’ve been better. 2. One of the room mattress was dirty and smells moldy. 3. The couch inside was filthy like it was never cleaned from the previous guests 4. The ac in the kids room has been making a weird noise 5. Pool is has bird poop and the filter was green. Besides the pool was small.”
