"The apartment's in great shape, but the surrounding areas aren't, making people question the condo administration's maintenance. The host was super nice! There were 5 of us in the apartment, and we were missing a blanket set for the sofa bed. The host very kindly helped us out and left the missing set at our apartment. "Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful very friendly and quick to provide whatever was needed. This is smaller resort very quiet and great place to relax. The location was great, good beach and within short walk to shopping. It is somewhat remote so 1 hour plus ride from airport, but worth the drive. "

"We spent the last 5 out of 14 nights in Costa Rica at The W and it was the perfect way to wind down and end the trip! The staff were truly amazing- so kind and attentive, friendly, knew our names and room number by like the 2nd day. All of the restaurants were very fun and offered a wide variety of food. The breakfast buffet was great! Cocktails were all delicious. Lots of fun free fitness and cooking classes. We would absolutely return :)"

"Location was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the extra outdoor space including the pool area, it allowed for the property to feel like a great home base. Area was safe and my 10 year could walk up to the minimart on the corner for snacks! You can hear the waves but you can also hear that rooster in the morning."
