Le Lagon de Léon is a fully renovated studio, ideally located for sea lovers, beachgoers, and those who enjoy leisurely walks. Perfect for a couple, it is situated at the foot of Cabourg beach, with private direct access to the sea from the residence.

The studio consists of two rooms:

- An entry with a small hallway
- A bathroom with WC and shower
- A living area with an open-plan kitchen and lounge, featuring a convertible sofa bed (Dunlopillo high-density mattress, memory foam topper, and comfortable pillows)
- A dining area with a bar and foldable stools offering a view of Cabourg’s countryside
- The studio also offers unlimited Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and free parking in the streets around the building.

Location:
The studio is located near the Thalazur spa and Cabourg’s aquatic center, with direct access to the beach. It is on the top floor (5th), quiet and sunny, accessible by elevator to the 4th floor, followed by about ten stairs. The Marcel Proust promenade leads directly to the center of Cabourg.

- Optimized kitchen with Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, microwave, induction hob, and refrigerator
- Living room with a convertible sofa bed, headboard hidden for added comfort
- Bathroom with shower, sink, towel warmer, WC, and a small washing machine
- Parasol and two beach mats, as well as a baby cot
- Plenty of storage to optimize space

Week-end

Nous avons passé un bon week-end. Nous ne nous attendions pas à avoir autant de marche (30 minutes) pour aller au centre ville. Nous regrettons aussi l'odeur de cigarette froide sur les draps et serviettes de toilette.
