Faultless Experience

Our stay in this hotel was faultless. Such a superb place with friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We would most certainly stay there again.

Really bad experience, we were the only one customer in that hotel, no customer service at all. Room smell and other areas in the hotel smell bad, no service available at all, only a front desk lady in the hotel.

Very "tired" hotel. Need a refurb. Paid for breakfast but when we got there (30 minutes before breakfast ended) hardly any food left! A waste of the extra money we paid for this.

Aparcamiento accesible y disponible ademas de gratuito. El colchon necesita un cambio urgentemente, se notan bastante los muelles del mismo al dormir. La piscina, aunque no estaba abierta por las fechas, tenia buena pinta. Personal amable. A casi 90€ la noche, esperaba muchisimo mas del hotel, por lo que mi valoracion es pobre. Considero que 55€ seria un precio correcto para el servicio que ofrece. Ademas habia alojadas personas de una boda que hicieron las mañanas del sabado y domingo horribles. Es la segunda vez que acudimos, pero probablmente sera la ultima.

Correcto, aunque rozando las 3 estrellas más que las 4. Parquet de la habitación gastado y enmendado con unas pegatinas, moqueta de los pasillos gastada, habitación de decoración clásica tirando a vieja, mucho hueco entre la puerta de la habitación y el suelo, lo que hace que se oiga todo lo que ocurre en el pasillo, etc. Creo que es un hotel que cumple con todo lo básico, pero hay detalles que me hacen verlo como un hotel más de 3 estrellas.

La habitación amplia y confortable. El trato del personal bueno. Teníamos pensión completa y el menú era el mismo para almuerzo y cena. Al día siguiente, cambiaban uno o dos platos del menú anterior y listo. Menos mal, que el camarero nos daba a elegir tortilla francesa, sándwich o pechuga de pollo para no comer todo el tiempo lo mismo. La piscina grande pero no sabíamos que los del pueblo tb hacían uso de ella, por lo que la piscina se saturaba de gente, los grupos de familiares y amigos se comían todo el espacio del césped y se adueñaban de todas las tumbonas existentes para toda la jornada de piscina. Por la noche, cenábamos en el jardín exterior que era muy agrable por el fresco que hacía, hasta que nos dimos cuenta que los pequeños bichos negros que corrían por el mantel, las sillas,etc,... eran crías de cucarachas. No estaría demás fumigar ese espacio.

Ha sido decepcionante que un hotel de cuatro estrellas, no tenga cobertura para hablar por movil, aunque pedi cambio de habitación, porque por razones personales necesitaba realizar alguna llamada, no me lo hicieron.
