Le jardin et la piscine sont de taille respectable et bien entretenus. La maison en elle même est bien équipée jusque dans les derniers détails et très vaste. 「We arrived later than expected. Brigitte Welcome us in the Villa. Give us a short instruction how to find and use equipment in the Villa. We enjoyed the Villa, the Pool and Garden which ist more Like a Park with a lot to explore. Nice Restaurants next to the Villa are available. Who Wish to avoide to Drive to nice for beach visist, a beach called plage de loupe is 25 min away at cagnes de mer. Also Check Out was really good, communication was also really good.」

「We had such a fantastic stay in Theoule, and this villa was the perfect choice for our family. It's even more beautiful than in the photos, and the view is absolutely stunning. Kitchen is very well equipped which made dinners at home very smooth and easy. Beds were comfortable with great linens.
