El hotel está muy bien. La zona inmejorable con parking grande conectado con el hotel, vamos todo un placer. Cual es el problema? Nada más entrar en la habitación e ir al baño observamos que habien innumerables pelos pero una cantidad exagerada. Cómo ni siquiera habíamos abierto las maletas bajamos a recepción y lo comunicamos. Nos piden disculpas y nos indican lo siguiente. Solo hay una chica para todo el hotel y está desborda, cosa que comprendo y que les demos un ratito que nos limpian la habitación. Yo la verdad hubiera preferido una habitación nueva pero bueno. Al regresar a la habitación es cierto que se veía que algo habían hecho, pero muy superficial. Ya no dijimos más ya que era una noche de paso y era soportable aunque nos encontramos también con el típico brick de agua de cortesía en el mini bar que estaba empezado y no lo habían retirado. A ver, al hotel le he puesto 4 estrellas porque estoy convencido que no ha sido nada más que falta de previsión, poco personal y demás. Se también que es un error muy importante para mí, ya que creo que los hoteles deben estar impolutos. Una pena

El checking lo hice online y sin embargo tuve que volver a presentar el DNI. Por otro lado las entradas a las habitaciones a las 15h me parece un movimiento horrible de los hoteles aprovechando la pandemia que nunca volvieron a la normalidad.

O hotel é perfeito. Tudo funciona, tudo é bom. Café da manhã ótimo, localização perfeita. Incrível, não esperava, que uma cidade tão pequena tenha um hotel tão grande e bom. Cáceres é linda e vale muito passar uma noite lá. E este hotel é maravilhoso. Estacionamento subterrâneo e foi gratuito.
