“Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality. Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table. Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasn’t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to……

“Excelente! Desde los tragos de Luchito en el bar hasta la buena onda de scarlet! El lugar se puede llegar perfectamente en un vehículo alto no 4x4 en temporada que no nieve. La experiencia del camino ya paga toda la estadía y el lugar es increíble.”

“We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, only to find out it's not heated, nor open in their winter, even though it is indoors. Then we had the surprise of having to pay for a child with us, even though we had reserved and paid for a room with two beds. What they charged us was equivalent to what an entire stay at a cheap hotel in Chile would have cost us. The room was very spacious but the bathroom fan didn't work, which was unpleasant at times, if you know what I mean.”

“En la habitación que me otorgaron se escuchaba todo lo de la pieza de al lado y la de arriba. La última noche que hospedé llegaron pasajeros a la habitación de arriba acompañándos de una mascota (perro), está mascota la metieron a la pieza y en la noche/mañana se escuchaba su caminar y ocasionaba un ruido muy molesto con sus pezuñas. Todo lo demás (instalaciones, comodidad de la habitación, piscinas, entorno del lugar, la conexión con el lago, etc ... Perfecto).”
