"AVOID! Do not go anywhere near this con of a property, if it even exists. I booked it and had not been sent in check in details. When I get there, as a lone female at 10pm at night, it's nowhere near obvious where this place is and I cannot get hold of them to find out. I had to book somewhere else and Expedia have now told me I can't get a refund because they can't get hold of the property either. I'm taking it further. Do not go anywhere near this, you will be stranded, I don't even know...

"Sparkling clean, aesthetically appealing, beautifully articulated hotel. Champagne and lemon water always available in the comfortable lobby. Room was spacious and the fragrant scent is noticed throughout the property. Across the street from the gare and also walkable to the town centre (although trams and buses are clean, free, modern and run frequently) LOVED everything about this hotel."

The icing on the cake has to be the staff - I have stayed in several high end, boutique hotels in my time, but have never encountered such wonderfully friendly, accommodating and professional staff. "Loved this hotel. It’s in an office area twenty minutes (free) tram ride from the old town. The hotel itself is very clean, almost as new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast in the very comfortable restaurant. The rooms are nicely laid out with large showers and high quality extras like a Bluetooth speaker, large TV, games console and toiletries."
