「Difficulty getting in as our names were not passed on to security at the gate, so we spent about an hour trying to in initially. Once in the house was great, but the cable box was not connected or in service, so we missed the Super Bowl.

「Everything went amazingly well, even when it seemed like maybe it wouldn't. As an example, the host gave us news that obe of the amenities was not operational. Things break sometimes, it happens. A lesser host might not be so honest and diligent on working on a fix.
