Todo muy bien, limpísimo, Roberto atento todo el tiempo y listo para ayudar a todos, el alojamiento cómodo y tiene plan B para no sufrir los apagones. No perderse el Congris bajo las estrellas de su vecina, el mejor.

I stayed at Roberto's property for 3 nights and I totally loved it.
Roberto is very kind and helpful, as soon as I booked it, he sent me messages to help me to get to the property cheap and quick. During my stay, he served delicious breakfasts for only $5 USD. Furthermore, he told me tips how to get around Cienfuegos and the best places to eat or just enjoy the Cuban vibes.
I absolutely recommend Roberto's place.

The rooms, though small, are cozy. Private bathrooms for each.
But the host is magnificent and went out of his way to make us happy and welcome.

Our hosts Roberto & Daniel were amazing!
Their lovely home was spacious, very clean and they were very welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious especially the freshly made juices.
They were very helpful to recommend a great restaurant for us for Christmas and organised our transport for Trinidad with a stop-over to the gorgeous El Nicho waterfalls.
We loved staying with Roberto & Daniel!

El mejor alojamiento de la ciudad y el trato de Roberto Carlos inmejorable. Alquilé la casa para mi familia que se encontraban con mi abuela ingresada en el hospital y estaré eternamente agradecida por la atención y la cercanía del propietario. Muy recomendado .

Mejor estancia en Cienfuegos
Roberto es una persona muy atenta que no dudará en ayudarte en tu estancia en Cienfuegos y en resolver cualquier problema que tengas. La habitación se encuentra en una antigua casa colonial que está en perfecto estado. Cama muy cómoda y baño limpio. El desayuno es abundante. Calidad precio es el mejor sitio de Cienfuegos.

Super j’ai adoré séjourné chez Roberto
Il vous accueille avec une petite carte du quartier pour vous repérer il vous donne toutes les indications pour y trouver les meilleures restaurants.
Sa casa est située dans le centre de cienfuegos rien à dire.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Il vous conseille les meilleurs choses à faire dans le quartier en termes excursion nous ne regrettons rien.
Il se charge de vous réserver les taxis et prochaines casas.
Il nous a conseillé une casa à Trinidad au centre ville. Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois et nous y avons hyper bien séjourné.

Not ideal for family..Room small , claustrophobic , door and window open unto corridor , no privacy . My sister felt very uncomfortable and unsafe when she entered the room. Did not stay for even one night
