It features one bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining area, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything needed for a comfortable and practical stay.

The accommodation is located on the third floor of the building and has a lift for added convenience.

House rules:

Smoking is prohibited throughout the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a financial penalty.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Access to the apartment:
Please note that access to the apartment is done by collecting the keys from our office, located at:

Calle Argantonio nº 10, office 1.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to complete and sign the accommodation document, in accordance with current regulations.

Deposit:
A €300 depositwill be required by credit or debit card as a security deposit. It will be refunded within a maximum period of 72 hours after check-out.
