Well appointed apartment in great location

Best stay in Cádiz!

We adored staying at this apartment with our two teenaged daughters (family of four). The location was excellent, in old town Cádiz, in walking distance to two beaches and many restaurants and shops. The apartment was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable and we could not have loved staying here more. We felt safe the whole time, even walking late at night. Carmen is the best host, super responsive and helpful to make the stay just magical. This was our best stay across three cities in Spain!

A real gem

The apartment is lovely, spacious, and full of light. The quiet location on a pedestrian street is perfect. All communication was prompt. If you’re going to Tarifa, grab this one!

Cute Apartment in the Middle of Cadiz

Had a great three days in this very nice, well-appointed apartment in the middle of the action in Cadiz. Very close to the Cadiz cathedral and Roman Theater, which were at the top of our list of places to see. Carmen was very responsive to our questions about Cadiz. It made everything go very smoothly.

Perfect Location for family of 4

We traveled to Cadiz from Australia . We stayed in the apartment for 13 nights. Everything was perfect- the shower has great pressure. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen very easy to cook in and the lounge also comfy. The position of the apartment is unbeatable- everything so close. We had the added bonus of being in Spain when they won the Euros. Perfect holiday- we will be back. Thank you ❤️❤️

Fabulous upmarket condo in the best area of Cadiz

What a fabulous time my husband and I had staying in this gorgeous 2 bedroomed condo. It is in a great location right in the old town with many shops tapa's bars and restaurants. Also, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We watched the sun set every night on our beach walk. Cannot recommend this place enough. It has everything. Carmen is a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations and answered any questions we had promptly. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and so much to see in and around.

Three weeks in Cadiz

This was a perfect location and the apartment was comfortable. We stayed 3 weeks to enjoy the area and lovely weather. We took daily walks by the sea wall and would then stop for a beer and tapas at one of the great restaurants. We are foodies and this was a great place to stay. Carmen was very helpful and called the clinic for us regarding Covid tests since we wanted to make sure we understood how it would work. We would suggest two items to add to the apartment: an extra set of sheets for long term renters and a large mixing bowl.

Clean appartment and central location

Parking somewhat difficult in Old City, the appartment was well equipped but no towels or anything for the beach. Also the 2nd set of keys did not work very well. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Great stay.

We had a great 13 night stay in this apartment in Cadiz. We could not have asked more in terms of the location and Carmen has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy to manage in every way. We loved Cadiz with all its history and vibrant street scenes to say nothing of the beaches and the great food. We found travelling around on public transport easy and relatively cheap. We visited El Puerto, Rota, Sanlucar, Jerez and Arcos de la Frontera. We also spent many hours enjoying the sights in Cadiz. If we return to Cadiz we would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Thank you Carmen and Alejandra .

Great place to stay in Cadiz!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is in a perfect location above a busy pedestrian street, where you can watch the world go by, and it is very close to historic sites and the sea wall and beaches. The apartment is well equipped with all kitchen utensils and an array of condiments for cooking. However with an an amazing choice of restaurants and tapas bars nearby, we did not find the need to cook. The living room was a nice space to reax on the evening. The beds were comfortable and despite its location in the heart of city, it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Carmen was a perfect host, great communication and detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. Don't miss the view of the Cathedral from the rooftop 5 th floor. We would definitely recommend it for your vacation in Cadiz.

Ideal!

We have arranged countless vacation and short-term rentals in many countries over many years, and this property was definitely one of the best, in every aspect. The apartment is extremely well outfitted, and very generously stocked. Everything is new and in good working order, - great appliances, beds, etc. The location is ideal and the apartment is very quiet. Carmen has set a very high standard in her attention to detail in this property. She should consider teaching other hosts/landlords how it's done properly! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Cadiz, and having a lovely, clean, and well-maintained place to stay, made everything just that much more pleasant.

Bel appartement très bien situé. La rue est achalandé le jour mais a partir de 21hr c'est très silencieux. Belle luminosité dans l'appartement.La communication avec Carmen est très facile, elle répond très rapidement.Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.

Wonderful apartment in a lovely location.

The apartment was just wonderful with everything you needed with the bonus of being in the heart of the old town. Everything is literally on your doorstep. Carmen was so helpful with any query we had. I highly recommend this gorgeous apartment. Cadiz is a lovely place with some great places to see and great beaches.

Es un apartemento ubicado cerca de la catedral y del mercado de abastos, está muy bien equipado (plancha, secador, sombrilla playa...). Está limpio y con reforma de pocos años, todo en blanco, es muy cómodo y bonito. Con ascensor.

Alles Bestens - klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung zu Gast, wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles wunderbar. Uns hat es gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung ist gut. Mitten im Zentrum, aber auch nah genug zum Bahnhof, zum Strand per Fußweg. Man findet (bis auf Eierbecher) alles was man so In einer Wohnung braucht. Schön wäre eine Ergänzung um ein bisschen Strand-Equipment wie Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle, damit man dieses nicht jedes Mal neu kaufen und zurück lassen muss. Eine Mitnahme im Flugzeug ist ja leider nicht mehr möglich, und vor Ort findet man diese Dinge schwer ohne ein Auto in der Nähe zu kaufen.. Unseren Sonnenschirm ließen wir diesmal zurück, das letzte Mal die Strandstühle. Diese waren aber leider nicht mehr da. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
