Located in the North Sea Residence of Cadzand-Bad Holiday Park, this detached villa is a mere 400 metres from the North Sea shore and 13 kilometres from Knokke, the charming and renowned Belgian seaside resort. The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a streaming-enabled TV, an open-plan kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. The washing machine in the storage room completes the picture. Stepping through the French doors, you reach the garden with terrace (with heater) and garden furniture.
