Cozy and charming studio apartment located on the third and last floor with independent entrance and exclusive use of all the rooms available to guests.

The apartment, with parquet flooring, bathroom with shower, overlooks a pergola that gives access to the panoramic terrace of approx. 100 where you can sunbathe, have dinner with friends, admire the sunset overlooking the Colle San Michele.

Equipped with free wifi, air conditioning with heat pump, the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the park of Terramaini, and of Colle S. Michele.

A 15-minute drive takes you to the majestic Poetto beach or the more romantic Calamosca bay. At 30/45 minutes you can reach the fantastic beaches of Villasimius, Costa Rei, Nora, Chia.

In the adjacent streets there are the main services: laundry, bank, pharmacy, market, newsagent, pizzeria, hairdresser, beautician and bus stops.

The apartment is equipped with an internal and external table, in addition to the guests there are sheets and towels, LCD TV, stereo, wi-fi, bluetooth speakers for smartphone, hairdryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and heat pump, outdoor shower.

In the via S. Maria Chiara, 2 minutes walk from home, there are bus stops to reach the Poetto beach in a few minutes or the city center.

Alles Ok

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terasse und man lebt dort sehr 'Italienisch'. Sie liegt zwar etwas usserhlb, aber mit der Buslinie "M" ist man sehr gut angebunden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ingesamt war es für mich ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Great Appartment with additional items

Giorgio was really helpful with all out questions and quite flexible on arrival and departure. The appartment is in 3rd floor without elevator, but really beautiful with additional items such as air condition, outside shower, washing machine and a big balcony on top of the roof, perfect to enjoy sunset.

Très bon séjour !

Le logement est très propre et très bien aménagé. Les serviettes étaient fournis, l'appartement est bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, clim etc). Par contre il manquait un peu d'accessoires de cuisine (pas beaucoup de verres, couverts). Situation géographique de l'appartement: plutôt bien, situé à même pas 5 min d'une ligne de bus qui passe fréquemment mais un peu loin de la ville (environ 20 min) et loin de la mer (environ 45min en transport). Les transports étant vraiment très bien dans cette ville, ça nous a pas trop dérangé. Quartier calme, magnifique terrasse et immeuble récent.

Es war ein sehr schönes Apartment.Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist aber sehr eng,dafür mit einem Tor gesichert.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.Obwohl es in der Stadt ist war es sehr ruhig und hatte einen grossen Balkon. Vielen dank für alles.

Strategica vacanza a Cagliari

Appartamento comodo per visitare Cagliari e dintorni, a circa un'ora dalle spiagge più belle della Sardegna. Il terrazzo è grande e comodo. Sinceramente il divano letto non l'ho trovato molto comodo così come fare tre piani di scale senza saperlo prima. Giorgio è stato disponibile e premuroso. Ci tornerei !!

thank you for the nice time

The room was very tidy and everything was in good condition. we had some problems with thr internet conection but the host did everything to help us. such a nice and friendly person. the best was the big balkoni on the top of the roof so we had a nice charming fiew over the city. we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner out there every time. few meters away we had a nice typical italien coffee shop and also a very good pizza restaurant. a few minutes to walk an we had a supermarket with everything we need. we already planing to come back as soon as we can. thank you for the nice time

Propriétaire très gentil et très arrangeant. L’appartement est très bien entretenu et possède un très beau roof top. La cuisine aurait pu être un peu plus équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande !

Everything was nice!

The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great.

Ottimo soggiorno

Solo apprezzamenti per questo monolocale pulitissimo, con un divano letto con un materasso che nn fà rimpiangere il materasso di un normale letto, con una bella e ampia terrazza che ha consentito di poter fare colazione all'aperto e con un posto auto riservato. E per finire, ma non da ultimo, la disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario. Consigliatissimo come punto di appoggio per chi visita Cagliari.
